Panda Stamp & Postcard Fair : SALISBURY

A well-known and impressive church hall in central Salisbury, with buses to the door and main-line trains a few minutes' walk away. The view below shows the entrance to the hall at left of picture. There are usually good stocks of postcards at this venue.

Venue
United Reform Church, Fisherton Street, Salisbury SP2 7RB

Car Parking and Park & Ride
No parking is available at the hall. There are (paying) car parks near the venue.

There are 5 Park & Ride schemes into Salisbury. The one from Wilton is the only one which goes directly to the United Reform Church bus stop outside the hall, every 15 minutes on Saturdays; the other 4 routes take you to the City Centre, mostly only a few hundred yards from the hall.

Wilton Park & Ride : Additional Information: The postcode online does not seem, to us, to link to a correct map in Wilton. We suggest you drive to the roundabout where the A30 and A36 separate (or indeed join up as you're apporaching Salisbury on those roads) and then follow the signs from there to the Park & Ride. This is Route PR3 (which is the Number 3 Route as well, it seems, when departing from any other stop!). At the time of writing, parking at the Park & Ride is free and those with concessionary bus passes (our customers 'of a certain age') travel for free as well.

Refreshments
Refreshments are available up to about midday only, provided by in-house catering.

Bus
(last updated 23-03-2014)
We offer this information as a broad guide only : Please be sure to check these details before you travel.

Salisbury Reds buses are amongst those serving the city centre. Routes 1, 3 8 and 10 serve the railway station and most of these also stop outside the United Reform Church, which is also the name of the bus stop. Out-of-town bus service Salisbury Red Route 2 from Devizes, Shrewton and Wilton Park & Ride which stop there too. Route 25 from Wincanton and Tisbury appears to provide an infrequent service to the same stop. Further details are available at : Click on this link - opens in new tab
